Womenomics Awards 2022 Womenomics Awards are nominated by the Womenomics Award Committee, and are presented at the conference to four trailblazing recipients who are leaders in their fields and are making a difference as role models – professionally and personally.
The Womenomics Leadership Award 2022 goes to Caroline Farberger With the award, Caroline Farberger is honoured for her significant leadership career in the insurance sector, as CEO of ICA Insurance and at Trygg-Hansa Insurance. Furthermore, Farberger has put LGBTQ+ inclusion on the agenda with her prominent voice and book, “I, Caroline,” where she talks about her experience as a transgender woman and CEO in the Nordic business community and outlines the disparities and biases that she has experienced in relation to this. She has also been vocal in highlighting how important it is for the new generation of leaders to be true to themselves.
